About us
A builder of industrial ecosystems
Net 4 Capital is an industrial holding company that provides Italian small and medium-sized enterprises with both financial and managerial capital. We are not a generalist investor: we build coherent platforms in fragmented sectors and stay directly involved in running the companies we invest in.
Our philosophy
Active, selective, thematic
Net 4 Capital's philosophy rests on an active, selective and thematic approach. Each investment area has a dedicated company, focused on strategic and niche sectors. We take majority or significant minority stakes and pursue buy-and-build strategies that bring together fragmented industrial businesses, create economies of scale and shape platforms built to grow.
The companies we invest in are often small and of high quality. What they need is real operational expertise, not just capital. That is why we work closely with them, day to day, as a sounding board on strategy.
The areas where we operate, from sustainable mobility to the safety of land and infrastructure, from cultural heritage to the wellbeing of people and businesses, share a common thread: improving quality of life, its safety and its cultural, social and environmental impact.
We do not invest in everything. We invest in what matters.

Even as minority investors, we put agreements in place that give us a real say in strategy: governance rights, board seats, advisory roles or temporary and fractional management.

The group has the skills to select opportunities, analyse them and support their integration, working alongside the partners and advisors on each deal.

Aetos Partners provides the group with expertise in selection, due diligence, M&A and integration, and offers strategic and financial advisory to SMEs.
