Mobility, Wellness & Tourism

Ride, breathe, smile.

Bhold is a Benefit Company (Società Benefit) bringing craft cycling businesses together in a single platform: design, manufacturing, sales, rental, events and pre-owned. Net 4 Capital is a significant minority shareholder, supporting decision-making and strategic analysis.

bhold

The mission

Inspiring movement for a better life.

Bhold defines itself not by a product but by an effect: the way movement, done well and lived well, changes people. The name brings together three words: Bold, the courage to go beyond one's own category; Bike, the origin; Benessere, Italian for wellbeing, the destination.

Movement

Moving as a way to health, clarity and enjoyment.

Care for the whole cycle

From new to used and refurbished, the bicycle stays in circulation.

The courage to act

In-house research and development, new markets, new companies in the group.

Why now

Wellbeing, active mobility and tourism come together

The market rewards the single product less and less, and increasingly rewards those who build integrated systems across the customer's whole life: from the bike to the experience, from new to pre-owned.

The model

A value chain that spans the whole life cycle

The same bicycle creates value several times. Data collected through rental feed back into product, pricing and service, and at the end of the season the bike returns to the market as pre-owned: covering the whole cycle is an advantage that is hard to copy.

Where it is heading

From aggregator to platform

Each company joins the group keeping its identity and market, and relies on shared functions: business development, marketing, supply chain, finance, design and innovation. This way Bhold grows without duplicating structures.

  • Integrating new component manufacturers
  • Developing events, to complete the chain from product to experience
  • Digitalising fleets and processes
  • Tourist rentals and events in high-demand destinations
  • Fleets for the urban mobility of companies and public bodies
  • Structured management of pre-owned bikes, as part of a circular economy
