Who leads Net 4 Capital
Gabriele Rossi
Chairman of the Board and of the Investment CommitteeAn expert in corporate strategy, governance and extraordinary transactions, with a financial approach focused on creating value for businesses and investments. He has worked with major groups such as Deutsche Bank and DaimlerChrysler and has long experience as a management consultant and as CFO and CEO of small and medium-sized enterprises, holding companies and investment funds. Today he chairs the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee of Net 4 Capital and sits on the boards of several group companies, where he plays an active part in their development.

Jara Scialoja
Vice Chairman, strategy and shareholder relationsA strategist with an industrial approach to investing: first understand the business, then choose the instrument. For years he has supported families and businesses in their wealth and investment decisions, with a constant focus on alternative assets and risk capital, and he has a long track record in M&A alongside family offices. He is Vice Chairman of Net 4 Capital, where he leads the group's strategy, shareholder relations and the search for new opportunities.

Beatrice Romani
Board Member and Investment ManagerA professional working in corporate strategy and finance, with experience built alongside businesses. She has worked with Blue Ocean Finance and Aetos Partners as a Senior Advisor, supporting entrepreneurs and management teams at many small and medium-sized enterprises in extraordinary transactions and financial structuring. Today she is a member of the Board of Directors of Net 4 Capital, with responsibility as Investment Manager for the investee companies, and she leads the main management consulting activities of Aetos Partners.
