What data we process

Browsing data. In the course of their normal operation, the IT systems that run the website collect certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet protocols, such as the IP address, browser type, date and time of the request and the page visited. They are used only to ensure the operation and security of the website and not to identify users.

Data provided voluntarily. If you write to the email address shown on the website, we process your address and the data contained in the message in order to reply. The website contains no data collection forms.

Purposes and legal basis

Browsing data are processed for the technical operation and security of the website, on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data sent by email are processed to reply to requests, on the basis of pre-contractual measures or of the legitimate interest in following up on contacts (Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

How long

Browsing data are kept by the hosting provider for the time strictly necessary for the security of the website. Messages received are kept for the time needed to handle the request and any relationship arising from it.

Who may receive the data

The data are not disclosed to the public. They may be processed by the hosting and email provider, Aruba S.p.A., acting as data processor, and by the controller's advisors bound by confidentiality. The data are not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Cookies and external services

This website uses no cookies, neither technical nor profiling, and no analytics tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server and the website does not embed maps, videos or other third-party content. Links to LinkedIn and to the websites of the group companies lead to external sites, which have their own privacy notices.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing, by writing to info@net4capital.com (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
